Q: Can T&A help me find affordable Carpet, Vinyl, or Laminates?
A: Yes we can!
Q: How long does an Installation take?
A: It all depends on the job size, usually 1 day.
Q: I already have my flooring material purchased with a vendor, will T&A pick up my material free of charge for the installation?
A: Yes, material will be picked up on Installation date for free. We'll need a bit of information such as a purchase receipt for material release. Fees may apply for multiple trips, see below.
Q: Can T&A Install in Pahrump, Mesquite, Boulder City, Laughlin, and Reno?
A: Yes we do! We are licensed in the entire state of Nevada.
Q: Have long are quotes honored for?
A: 30 days, so long as the work order remain the same.
Q: How much is needed to secure my installation date?
A: Installation must be paid in full to secure installation date.
Q: Will I receive a receipt for my service purchase?
A: Absolutely, you will receive an invoice that matches your quote so long as the labor services remain the same.
Q: Do you offer Installation Warranty?
A: Yes, we offer 30 day installation warranty from installation date. **No warranty on flooring materials purchased with Vendors.
Q: What steps are taken to ensure my material is correct?
A: We'll pick up the flooring material according to the information the client provides. Before installation, the client verifies material is what they purchased from their vendor.
Q: What if my flooring material vendor sent the wrong material?
A: The client must contact their vendor. If T&A must return for the correct material, a fee will be incurred. Initial pick up the day of installation is free of charge.
Q: I have to reschedule last minute, will I be charged?
A: We understand life happens, 1 Reschedule is free of charge. Rescheduling a 2nd time will incur a $125 fee.
Q: I no longer want to continue with the installation process but I've already secured my installation date. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, however depending on the size of the job cancellation fees range from $100-$250. Cancellations Fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
